Duties & Responsibilities
- Handles daily correspondence.
- Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
- Records and processes in-coming reservations with confirmation sent out if require.
- Ensures all details of a reservation have been action; Transportation, Special requirement etc.
- Provides information to guest on hotel services and activities.
- Ensures correct and relevant information to the operating departments
- Processes cancellation / amendments to reservations (extension, early departure, number of rooms)
- Investigates and handles no show reservations.
Qualification
- Cambodian Nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and service mind
- Able to work under pressure and is a team player
- Computer literacy
